Directions for use:

A little goes a long way.

Foot Massage Oil:

If using the foot balm as a foot massage oil, you’ll need approximately a pea size amount for each foot, giving you the perfect amount of slip but without feeling greasy. Adjust the amount as required. This Foot Balm is safe to use for a foot and lower leg massage or foot reflexology treatment.

Foot Cream:

When using the foot balm as a heel balm or foot cream, rub half a pea size amount on each foot and it will soak in quickly. Adjust the amount as required. For particularly dry and cracked heels, reapply regularly to see faster results.

Heel Balm:

If your heels are very dry and sore, before you go to bed, apply a pea size amount to each foot and then cover with socks for the night. The Foot Balm will have soaked in by the morning giving you softer, happier feet.
