Simply dig a little balm out of the jar with the back of your fingernail and rub it into your cracked heels and foot. It will warm up and spread as you apply.
For best results, on first use, soak your feet in warm water and then carefully scrape away what you can of the dead skin (with your fingernails or a pumice). Pat dry and then apply the balm.
Mumanu Cracked Heel Balm is ideal to use all over your feet, not just your heels. If your heels are very dry and sore, before you go to bed, apply a pea size amount to each foot and then cover with socks for the night.
